Yes. NSI will process Green
card after three months of employment with us,
You have a choice either select the existing
attorney that processed your H-1B or you can
select the attorney of your choice. The green
card fees are candidate’s responsibility.

I opt for permanent employee status with NSI
what would be the approximate pay scale in accordance
to my skill set and experience. Also what would
be the initial hourly rate I can expect if opting
for Consultant? |

Option 1: Salaried
employees – The salary will commensurate
with experience.
For example:
The candidate with JAVA, J2EE, C/C++ might make
$55,000 per annum with standard benefits which
includes vacation, sick leave, client holidays,
401K eligibility
Option 2: Hourly
rate is set by each individual NSI client and
it varies based on geographical location and
candidate’s experience. 70/30 split on
the billing rate. You keep the 70% of the rate.

Will NSI also helps
in processing for dependant's visa - H4? |

As per our
understanding, H4 is normally issued at the
time of your Visa stamping. There is no other
cost or paper work involved. |

What would the medical/health
insurance premium amount to? |

For employees, NSI will pay $80 per month towards
your health insurance premium.
For single, the premiums are between $165.28 and
$284.02 based on deductible amount
